UNDEAF EARS HAS NOW LAUNCHED AND IS FREE

My name is Stephen Jarell Powell. I am currently dealing with being a targeted individual of electromagnetic harassment.  This targeting has disrupted my home and work life tremendously. Normally one would confuse this with paranormal activity or some mental illness but after analyzing several fielded recordings over the few years of this happening to me, I have determined that the electronic voicing I am hearing are humans. The physical evidence of these recordings prove that these are actual real occurrences and not a mental condition that requires medical attention. These voices have been heard and recorded while on an airplane, in a court of law, a car, a storage facility, in church, my family’s home, my home where I reside, and in other settings. These deceptive and terroristic voices sound very satanic with actual people being recorded having sex, speaking profane, explicit language, and are aggressively threatening and manipulative. Advanced sound wave/frequency technology is being used to terrorize me and my family. THIS IS NOT RANDOM NOISE. I am currently suffering as a targeted vicim of covert auditory terrorism inside the United States of America. I have no history of mental illness, mental challenges, or mental instability so I am by no means a mentally disabled person that is simply hearing voices. This is the most disturbing issue that I have ever had to deal with. These occurrences began while living in a privately owned residence in Atlanta, GA. Starting around the fall season 2021 I began to hear these eery, feint, whispers and voices. I would most often hear these voices at night, before bed. The sounds swiftly progressed to louder, distinguishable words, phrases, and sexual sounds that I could clearly make out, frequently occurring at all times of the day. These occurrences have afflicted my home and social life, has disrupted my sleep every night, critically affected my job performance and destroyed my personal life by isolating me from others. I AM NOW DEALING WITH THESE OCCURRENCES ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, AND THIS HAS NOT STOPPED SINCE THE FALL OF 2021.

I began working from home remotely in February, 2022, and immediately after getting hired these voices increased in loudness and frequency as mentioned earlier, all throughout the work day, and were extremely disruptive, and offensive. In the fall of 2022, I began to feel, what seems like, jolts and pops in the back of my neck and also in the back and on top of my head that is explained in greater detail on this site. This was occurring EVERYDAY until finally, I went on short-term leave in August, 2023.

I began using my vocal microphone to conduct sound recordings in select areas in my home at the beginning of 2023, and the language picked up on my microphone was EXTREMELY VULGAR, SEXUALLY CHARGED, AND PERVERSE when analyzed. These voices and whispers included not only vile and aggressively threatening words and phrases, but I could hear my name being spoken as well as names of other people, speaking untrue narratives revolving around personal acquaintances and situations in my life. These voices are very deceptive, sound like males and females, with some even seeming to have dialects. These voices seem to impersonate other people, mimicking the voices of others. It’s very disorienting and after several years now, I know this is a control method along with the zaps to my head.

I have now moved to another house outside of Atlanta and these voices are still occurring daily. I have since bought two field recorders to record any voices and whispers in other settings. I have fielded and analyzed several hours of recorded evidence of these occurrences, and have studied these findings not only in Atlanta, but in SEVERAL locations. The sounds are indeed human voices which I have explained.
